4220 BANCROFT DR. LA MESA - Our client has a front yard that is above a busy street and they wanted to make it a little more private. They were surfing the web and found our web site. They saw that we had done something that was what they had in mind. They wanted a low wall built on the edge of their property that would block the view from below without blocking their view.

4220 BANCROFT DR. LA MESA - They have a slump block veneer on the front of their home. Naturaly they wanted the wall built using the same block. The block is the "adobe" colored slump block from RCP BLOCK AND BRICK.

4220 BANCROFT DR. LA MESA - Our client wanted to have pilasters built that would have lighting on top of each of them. They chose to have us build a light fixture using GLASS BLOCK instead of purchasing a fixture. We puchased matching cap pieces at LITE STONE CONCRETE. These caps are easily removable when the lights need to be replaced. As you can see below, the lights work and look GREAT!

3178 SUN AND SHADOWS BORREGO SPRINGS - Our client has a 1960's condo unit in the desert and wanted to build a couple of screen walls like the other units have. They wanted something a little more modern than the typical 1960's screen block and came up with this idea.

3178 SUN AND SHADOWS BORREGO SPRINGS - They designed the wall using regular 12 inch column block and having them laid on its side. This way the screen wall is achieved and neat shadows are created in the openings. This wall is in the front of their unit.

3178 SUN AND SHADOWS BORREGO SPRINGS - This wall is around the back patio. As you can see it was built with the same screen wall style. It gives them the privacy from the other tenants while not closing them in. Below is an image of the other side of the wall. All material on this project was purchased at RCP BLOCK AND BRICK.
